So recently i have been using my Wii Fit Plus a few days a week for half an hour or so practicing yoga.
I have decided to start yoga as its light exercise, stretches all your muscles and is quite relaxing to start the day. The reason behind me starting up some yoga is because light exercise is meant to be good for endometriosis symptoms, such as pains in pelvis and lower back.. (well so it is for me) I have only been doing this for about 1-2 weeks so far but its helped me stretch out my muscles and help strengthen parts of your body that you don't use regularly.
I will keep you updated on my progress and how or if this type of exercise works for Endo.
