Healthy Breakfast


This is not me 'following the crowd' of  healthy diet bloggers although i must say it doesn't half look like it. No this is actually my new healthy eating routine to help the symptoms of Endometriosis.
I was diagnosed with Endo Jan 2014 as throughout primary school and high school i had chronic pains mostly through my left side and lower back. There are ways to help the symptoms of Endo and one way is to eat healthier and add more fruit and veg to my diet. This is only day 2 of this new routine for breakfast and not my only option.
 It is a delicious substitute for coco pops and toast!
I piled some golden syrup granola with sunflower seeds into a bowl and added some low fat vanilla yogurt on top as well as adding a few raspberries. Yum Yum is all i can say.
